Scientists, historians, and curious researchers have all argued many
viable theories about the man eater lions of Camp Tsavo. Some say that
they were nature's anomalies, others that they were merely desperately
hungry felines--but neither theory quite adds up--leaving the final
theory; the legend's favorite...that the lions were ghosts, demons even.
They are all plausible theories, which I intend to explore in the following sections of this
webpage.
But no matter the outcome, no one can deny the fact that these lions,
the Ghost and the Darkness, killed men. Lots of them. And they were
horrifyingly good at it.
These are the Tsavo man-Eaters, and it is said that even now, if you dare to lock eyes with them...
